As a company, we have a third party non disclosure policy. This means that we don't disclose neither the agreement nor the service we offer for a company with a third party. We are confidential in the services we offer.
As a company, we have a privacy policy. We don't share any personal information from our clients or companies with a third party. Every client's data is safe and non disclosed. Except when asked for from the appropriate authorities.
As a company, upon discussion and agreement with our clients, there is a test offer. This offer allows our clients to see what we can do within a set time before we fully take up the project. However, this offer only comes up when the contract has been sealed between the two parties. So as soon as the test offer is over, if we meet up with our agreement, then we start the project as soon as possible. This will be signed before the test offer begins.
As a company, our consultation and agreement is carried out between our representative and a major decision maker in the company or a representative whom the company has given the power of attorney. As a company, upon agreement and signing of contract, For one-off contracts, we only accept full payment before we begin the project and for short/long term contracts, we are expected to be paid by the stipulated date on the agreement signed.
